One thing the holiday season is known for is the over abundance of yummy goods and snack foods. And it’s well-known that this time of year definitely isn’t kind to the waist line. Over the past week, I have had many friends and family members suffer from headaches which involve disturbances in their vision. These headaches are fairly common and are known as ocular migraines.
